All Pitt United family members are required to donate towards the weekend’s concessions and players/teams are required to work the event each weekend. Concessions signup list will be sent at a later date and teams work schedule will be sent at a later date!

Awards will be given to the overall 1st and 2nd place teams of the tournament.

Please abide by the following rules for the tournament:
1. No smoking in the facility
2. Outside food and coolers are prohibited and need to remain in vehicles.
3. Camping areas will be designated within the facility and primarily on or around Court 2. There is no camping in the playing area or upstairs track area. Please keep the camping area clean.
4. Please clean your bench area after completion of your match. Anything left behind will be removed and disposed of.
5. Eating is to be in the concession area or our designated space at court 2 only. There are plenty of tables and chairs to use in these spaces.
6. Teams are not permitted to bring any electrical appliances or tables for food and drink in the camping or concession area.
7. Limited seating will be provided at each court for parents and spectators however parents are welcome and encouraged to bring their own rubber tipped chairs if they wish. DO NOT REMOVE CHAIRS FROM COURT TWO UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
8. Coaches and players are not permitted to use balls outside of the court area for any reason. This includes in the hallways and on court 2.
9. No parent or spectator is permitted to approach the score keepers table or haggle any working team for any reason during the duration of the tournament.
10. Any player or parent not abiding by the reasonable rules will result in a warning to the team. The second occurrence will result in forfeiture of all remaining games for the team and the team will be disqualified from the event.
11. Please park in the following parking lot (EAST LAKE) as requested by campus police. Should you park anywhere else you risk being towed.
