Pre-Registration is Required! We do not allow walk-ins as space and registration is limited!!!

Tryout Checklist – Please complete the following to register!

1. Complete the Online Registration Form – COMING SOON for 13’s & 14’s!!!
2. Pay for your tryout –
3. Print, complete and bring with you to our tryout check in YOUR MEDICAL RELEASE FORM (does not need to be notarized) THIS WILL BE COLLECTED
4. Complete and bring with you to tryout check in YOUR USAV MEMBERSHIP CARD/ELIGIBILITY.
   (NOTE: If you were a USAV participant for the 2024 season, you do not need to do this step. The 2024 season membership expires 8/31/24. If you were not a member/participant in USAV in 2024, you will need the “TRYOUT PASS membership.”)
