We appreciate your understanding that we DO NOT accept Walk-In’s at our tryouts.

When: Friday, July 10th or Sunday, July 12th

Where: Slippery Rock University- ARC
– 101 Stadium Drive. Slippery Rock PA, 16057

Time: Friday- 7/10 from 1-3:30 or 4:30-7:00pm (*Must try out with age group*)
Sunday- 7/12 from 10:00am-12:30pm

Cost: $60 if registered by 6/15/26 $70 on and after 6/16/26

Tryout Checklist – Please complete the following to register!

1. Complete the Online Registration Form HERE
2. Pay for your tryout HERE —- No refunds/returns/exchanges for services.
3. Print, complete and bring with you to our tryout check in YOUR MEDICAL RELEASE FORM (does not need to be notarized) THIS WILL BE COLLECTED
4. Complete and bring with you to tryout check in YOUR USAV MEMBERSHIP CARD/ELIGIBILITY.
   (NOTE: You will need the “TRYOUT PASS membership.”)
