Tryout Registration for 15s-18s is officially OPEN!!!
Athletes are asked to participate in one full tryout. Not both.
When: Friday, July 18th –OR– Sunday, July 20th
Where: Slippery Rock University ARC – 101 Stadium Drive. Slippery Rock, PA 16057
Time: Friday 7/18 from 4-7pm and Sunday 7/20 from 9:30am-12:30pm
Cost: $55 if registered before 7/1/25 $65 on and after 7/2/25

- Complete the Online Registration Form – OPEN!!! CLICK HERE
- Pay for your tryout – On the registration form or CLICK HERE
- Print, complete and bring with you to our tryout check in YOUR MEDICAL RELEASE FORM (does not need to be notarized) THIS WILL BE COLLECTED
- Complete and bring with you to tryout check in YOUR USAV MEMBERSHIP CARD/ELIGIBILITY.
(NOTE: You will need the “TRYOUT PASS membership.”)
